As a small ecommerce business we strive to ensure customers receive their order promptly and in the perfect condition that they would expect. We trust that our customers will make us aware of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We process orders within 3-5 business days and post via Royal Mail

Automated processing and postage confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.
IMPORTANT: Please consider the weather and surroundings in your region and arrange a designated package safe space for your delivery if you won't be there to accept the delivery. We cannot take responsibility for damaged, neglected or lost deliveries, however, we can open an investigation with Royal Mail through our proof of postage receipts.
