IF YOUR QUERY IS ABOUT:
- PRODUCT ENQUIRIES: Please include the full title of the product you'd like to know more about (a copy and pasted link to the product is ideal)
- RETURN REQUESTS: So I can help you as quickly as possible please include your order number, the date you placed the order and the delivery address, (please refer to the return policy for full details of starting a return request) if your item arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product so I can look into what's happened.
- TRADE/WHOLESALE: Please include your name, location, any other relevant contact details, and full business name/any other names your business trades under, business address and registered company number.
- CHARITY/DONATION REQUESTS: Please provide the full charity name and registered charity number you are working with
- PR/MARKETING/PRESS: Please include your full name, contact number, media company name and address, and social media handles.
